Squeezecenter blocks main thread if server is not running

Bug Description
If I enable squeezecenter, it then blocks the UI and gives this message in a terminal. I don't have squeezecenter running, but it should certainly not block like this.
SqueezeCenter: Error connecting to server localhost:9090. Retrying in 30 seconds.You may want to adjust the settings in the SqueezeCenter configuration dialog.
