Bug Description

When manually moving the .mpacks created from repo.py --make --build to ~/.local/share/gnome-do/plugins, they are loaded fine, but do not appear in the preferences pane, regardless of official/community/all being selected. They still work, however, and are all enabled by default.

What is the output of ls -l /usr/share/gnome-do/plugins
