plugin appears to load twice (tabs in config dialog repeated)

Bug Description
I was testing Alex's twitter branch and the Microblogging plugin appeared to have loaded twice after I pulled and "make install" 'd a second time. On the config dialog each of the Microblogging plugin's pages were shown twice.
Steps to reproduce:
Do -> quit
bzr bracnh plugin source
make install
Do -> Preferences -> enable Microblogging plugin
Do -> quit
bzr pull
make install
Do -> Preferences -> Microblogging preferences
Now the Microblogging plugin shows 4 tabs, instead of 2.

I did not repeat your steps, however on a possibly related note I just noticed my Files&Folders plugin's config has 2 identical tabs. I'm not sure I've ever actually viewed those prefs before so perhaps that is normal...
The microbloging plugin I have installed is not showing 2 prefs. Perhaps it is an issue w/ that particular branch?
