DnD plugin install from network share error

When trying to install a plugin (located on a network share) by Dragging & Dropping onto the preferences dialog, the following error appears in the terminal:

[Debug 12:23:06.518] [ManagePluginsPreferencesWidget] eus/public/NetworkManagerDocklet.dll does not exist

  at Do.UI.ManagePluginsPreferencesWidget.OnDragDataReceived (System.Object sender, Gtk.DragDataReceivedArgs args) [0x00000]

The hostname of the network computer is Zeus, so the error saying that "eus/public/NetworkManagerDocket.dll" does not exist may be relevant.
