Plugin Tab in Preferences pane does not remember source choice

Bug Description

On the plugin tab, the location dropdown [next to show:] does not remember your past choice for sources. So if I choose to display "All Plugins", when I leave and come back I will have to select it again. In my opinion, this is a major usability issue, especially considering that I may have activated Community plugins which will now not show up unless I switch the dropdown.

I too find this default behavior to feel awkward and improper, and it makes the action of plugin configuration/tweaking require more steps than necessary.

This is resultant of the fact that in order to see/access all of your enabled plugins, you first have to change from the default view which shows only "Official Plugins". While this is probably the correct view to see upon first use of GNOME-Do (new users will first approach the supported, and possibly more stable, plugins before using third-party plugins) it then becomes tedious as you frequently have to repeat the same "plugin dance" every time you want to see/modify your enabled plugins.

My personal wish would be that it remembered my last selected view _OR_ if Do defaulted to a view that showed only the plugins you currently have enabled.
