Bug Description
Dragonflow Documentation is completely out of date. The following work has to be done:
1. Restructure documentation
2. Split specs into dev-refs
3. Move specs into version-specific location
4. Add a 'new contributors' or 'dive-in' guide
5. Document pipeline
6. Document control-flow.
7. Reviewers' guide
