Bug Description

Code that has no coverage in the lcov report http://drizzle.org/lcov/ has a good chance of being unused. (or of just not having a test case for it) For the stuff that are orphan functions, they should be deleted from the codebase.

As part of refactoring the TREE struct into class Tree I've removed several unused, search-related functions. See bug #621861.

Hi vk

It seems the link in this bug has not been working for a long time. I tried to look, but I don't know where those lcov report are saved right now. You should probably look at some other bug until this one is fixed.
