Bug Description
The do-test and skip-test option currently only work by matching on prefix. --do-test=blob will only run tests that start with 'blob'.
test-run.pl allows for regex matching - we should also have this. Whether it is a new option or we simply change do-test/skip-test
The code for this lives in lib/drizzle_
