make update-po is broken

Bug Description

Something appears borked with Makefile generation for the po directory.
When trying to update translations via:
cd po ; make update-po
we get this:
tarball/drizzle/po$ make update-po
make: *** No rule to make target `update-po'. Stop.

Contents of po directory:

Migrated to a new machine and my initial setup wasn't right. Apologies for the false alarm.

hmmm. While this seems to be working on other machines aka lucid32, on my ubuntu 11.04 box, the makefile for drizzle/po appears borked. Saw make distcheck fail due to this even after updating things on my machine : /

Opening again / assigning to myself until I sort this out.
