Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Push the following to the device via ubuntu-sdk IDE: lp:~vthompson/dropping-letters/fix-1323744
2. Start the game
3. Click a letter
4. Note that sound works
5. Expose the toolbar
6. Turn off sound
7. Click a letter
8. Note that sound still works
Expected results: Step 7 does not produce sound on the device. On the desktop the toggle works as expected.
