Bug Description
With only some discs, dvd backup creates an IFO file which causes dvdauthor to give this error when trying to create a table of contents for the disc:
ERR: Titleset #3 (VTS_03_0.IFO) does not immediately follow the last titleset
dvdbackup is being used with -F and -n
