Eidete shows a pause window in Expose

Bug Description
A buggy looking pause window appears in places where it shouldn't (Expose and the Alt+Tab switcher being two examples) when Eidete is recording. The only way to finish Eidete recording should be by clicking on it in the dock.
This window should be hidden unless you click on the Eidete icon.
