System Suspend stopped working, will not stay suspended

Bug Description

Worked up until some updates today. When I click suspend the computer goes to sleep as expected, but then as soon as it has suspended it starts back up again.

Everything is still, LAN Wakeup is not enabled, the mouse and keyboard etc are untouched. No reason to think why it would wake up again.

Consistently too. Really annoying.

OP, are you still having this issue in Freya?

Dan, the machine I reported this from is gone. But I setup freya in a VM and tried suspending and it just goes to the Login screen. So something is still broken somewhere.
