Bug Description
I have a Lenovo laptop with Intel graphics. When I plug in a monitor via VGA and rearrange the displays, the settings I choose will only work until a reboot.
On first boot:
Laptop screen (Primary) | External Monitor
When I rearrange them:
External Monitor | Laptop Screen (Primary)
Upon reboot, it reverts back to the previous configuration.
