RFE: Clickable links to the rel notes

Request For Enhancement:

This quote from your blog is very good advice:

"Make sure you read the Release Notes and (especially) the Known issues of both the ATI and the NVIDIA driver before you install any of these drivers."

Normally a user would probably find it while visiting the driver providers webpage, but since Envy automates the process of "Figuring out correct driver -> Downloading it -> Installing it" the release notes will most likely not even be known, let alone read, by average Joe user.

So why not make it easier for the average user to get to this info? I suggest placing links to the corresponding Rel note as a clickable link (in the GUI) next to the corresponding driver or in a menu option (for text-console).

This way ease of use of Envy would remain while potentially important info is reachable in a clear and logical place and available before installing the driver.
