Bug Description
FLNK forward links are intended to be DB links.
Pointing FLNK to an external record converts it to a CA link, and emits the warning:
<record>.FLNK is a Channel Access Link but does not link to a PROC field
The reason for this message, i.e. the difference between DB and CA FLNKs (and that you have to explicitly target them to .PROC to signal they are intended to use CA) should be documented.
