Bug Description
The chapter on ellLib (19.8) does not document the API, but simply points to VxWorks documentation instead.
Given how widely ellLib is used in EPICS Base and device/driver supports, its API should be properly documented.

Note that there are descriptions of each of the individual ellLib functions inside the base/src/
