Bug Description
When dbExpand encounters an error while executing, it neither deletes the (empty) target file nor returns an error value <> 0 to the shell.
Thus make does not detect the error, does not stop and leaves behind a zero-size dbd file that gets installed as if correct. Even additional make commands in that directory will not regenerate the invalid file.
As further consequence invalid database definition files get installed to the production system.
