Bug Description

Evergreen version: 2.5+

For Evergreen sites that have enabled browse in the All Subjects index so that the entire subject string displays in browse, the catalog should display separators between the subdivisions of the subject string. We basically want the subject to display the same way that it displays in the bib record.
