Bug Description
In the 740 field the 1st indicator defines how many letters to ignore before indexing. This is not working in Title Browse.
Capitalization is causing multiple line entries in Title Browse. Example:
I believe in the Church (2)
I believe in the church (4)
Apostrophes should be ignored for indexing purposes.
