webstaff Renew All in Item Status requires a selection

The Actions menu in the patron display's Items Out -> Items Checked Out section is disabled unless a row is selected from the list, locking out the Renew All option which probably shouldn't require a selection which it then ignores. I'd actually be okay with Renew All being removed, requiring staff to click the Select All widget and then using Renew. But I don't know what front-line staff would think of that (extra click vs more clutter in the Actions menu). If it's that common of an action, maybe pull it out as a list button instead of a menu item.
