Bug Description
This is a suggestion for the feature that was merged recently to permit placing multiple hold requests on a title or metarecord (bug 1694058). Currently, if a user who is able to place duplicate hold requests exceeds the circ.holds.
It would be more clear if the message explicitly acknowledged that the user had exceeded the duplicate holds limit.
