Batch editing with required Stat Cats can cause Volume/Copy Editor to fail to load fully

When trying to batch edit anything more than a handful of items in the webclient, the Volume/Copy editor frequently fails to load the Stat Cat portion of the editor which results in the Save & Exit button being locked. I've tried playing with various sized groupings and for anything over 20 items, the editor fails to fully load more than 50% of the time. For 50-100 items, the editor fails to load at something more like a 80%+ rate.
