duplicate items in a copy bucket

For the staff that have created a item copy bucket with a duplicating item row deleting one of the duplicates results in the other one remaining. Staff reported this issue today and several rows had 4 duplicates per barcode. This would require four deletes per each barcode to remove the one row displayed.

PINES suggests that when an item is scanned or added to a bucket multiple times that it is only added and counted once. No error message would be needed alerting staff since it doesn't negatively effect workflow for the item not to be counted or displayed in the bucket every time it is scanned.

I have a branch forthcoming that will add a "duplicate check and exclude" option to the container item creation API that can be used to silently ignore requests to add duplicate items to a bucket (of any type). I'll update here when that's pushed, so that once committed it could be used to avoid duplicate additions in specific interfaces.

Note, though, that adding an item more than once to a container is intentionally supported generally.
