Bug Description
It would be convenient to be able to add bib records to a record bucket by scanning in item barcodes.
For example, if I have a cart of books, and want to use the MARC Batch edit on all of them, I have to manually type a query for each one. I could do a numeric search by barcode as well, but that doesn't scale well to an entire cart.
It would be nicer to be able to scan in item barcodes for everything on my bucket and add them all to the same record bucket.
This would also be useful for libraries -- like ours -- that provide public links to record buckets to our patrons. It can be time consuming to put those buckets together!

I thought there was a bug report about this but couldn't find it -- in the XUL client, we could place items in a record bucket from item status. Rather than a wishlist request, I think this is could be accomplished with returning that functionality to the web client
