MARC export should allow selecting a bucket by name

In Angular MARC Batch Import/Export, you can export a record bucket. But you need to manually enter the bucket ID. It would be nice if you could select the bucket by name from a dropdown.

Note that you can also export records via the Record Buckets interface: view a bucket, select some records, and pick Export Records from the Actions menu. This is a different (and probably more common) workflow than exporting an entire bucket via Vandelay.
