The "field hint" field in no longer available in the reporter

Bug Description
We are using version 3.3.4 and have noticed that the field hint is no longer an option in the reporter template builder/editor. Using the field hint in combination with an error message or debug output from a report allowed staff to figure out which line in the report was causing the problem or unwanted output. The only current options in the column picker are:

In 3.7 the field hint doesn't display as a column in the Filters section of the template editor but you can access it through the Filters Actions menu - Change Column Documentation.
If there is currently a hint the text will display in the pop-up and can be edited.
Not sure if this resolves this bug or if a column to display the hint in the grid is still needed.
