Removing items from My Lists only deletes from current page

Bug Description
In 3.6.1 Bootstrap OPAC:
When you have more than one page of items on a List, you can only delete items from the page you are viewing. If you select items on page 1 and then go to page 2 to select more items and click Remove from List, it will only delete the items from page 2.
It would be nicer if it would delete all of the selected items from both pages.
