Open and Canceled holds tabs should have separate grid settings

Bug Description

In 3.6+

In the patron account Holds tab, the grids on the sub-tabs for Open Holds Requests and Recently Canceled Holds use the same grid settings.

The columns one needs to see when looking at open holds are typically different columns than needed when looking at canceled holds (for example, I need to see the cancelation note on a canceled hold, but that column wastes space to have it visible for open holds), so it would be beneficial to split out the settings.

What would be your preference?

- both grids get new settings
- the open holds grid gets the new setting, meaning that recently canceled retains the previous setting
- the recently canceled grid gets the new setting, meaning that the open holds grid retains the previous setting

Good question! I think the third option would be the least disruptive since most people don't use the recently canceled grid as much as the open grid.

Agree with Terran. #3 would preserve already set preferences for the open grid.
