Apostrophes Break MARC Expert Search in OPAC and Staff Client

Evergreen 3.9 - BOOPAC
Evergreen 3.7 - TPAC
Chrome
When doing a MARC Expert Search in either the OPAC (Bootstrap or TPAC) or the staff catalogue if you include an apostrophe in the Value field the search always returns no results. Searching without the apostrophe will return matching results that have the apostrophe.
Examples:
245 a Handel's Organ concertos - returns no results
245 a Handels Organ concertos - returns results for Handel's Organ concertos
Other punctuation doesn't appear to cause the same issue.
Examples:
245 a Handel-s Organ concertos - returns results for Handel-s Organ concertos
245 a Handel.s Organ concertos - returns results for Handel.s Organ concertos
