Bug Description
Our library uses Display status to identify books on display. The only downside with this is that these books can not be put on hold by patrons because the Pull List would not recognize them. Our wish is that we could alter the pull list to include items with a status of Display.

If you go into Server Administration > Item Statuses you can control whether or not that status is Holdable or not.
If you need to control it at the branch level instead of for all libraries, you might want to consider using a Display shelving location instead of a status. (This is what we do in PINES.)
