If the pending address in a cloned record is not approved, the record can still be saved with the pending address as is. This can be confusing for staff when they stumble on pending addresses at a later point.
(Bug #1821804, Save & Clone Action Results in Pending Address, fixed the problem with being unable to approve a pending address in a cloned account before saving/creating the record.)
