Better wording for finished PO

Opening this bug for discussion.
It occurred to me while looking at some of our purchase orders that "received" isn't necessarily the best wording for a PO that has all of its line items resolved. It could fall into that state when:
1. All line items are received
2. All line items are canceled (true cancels)
3. Line items are in a combination of received and canceled
"Received" doesn't really seem to fit all those scenarios for me. Is "Complete" better? Is there a finance-y word for when a PO is totally resolved and spent out that would be appropriate? Googling seems to say that "Complete"
Thoughts?
