Bug Description
The Angular eg-fm-record-editor component's form validation does not check whether required date and date/time fields (per the IDL) have values supplied. Such validation should be added.
Marking as 'bitesize' because the eg-date-select and eg-datetime-select components already have a 'required' input, so the eg-fm-record-editor template just needs to use them.
