Evergreen 3.11.1
One of the groups of settings in the Library Settings Editor is called Vandelay and contains the default settings for the MARC Batch Import/Export. Since it's not called Vandelay in most places in the staff client I think the settings in this group should be moved to Cataloging. (The equivalent settings for the Load MARC Order Records interface are part of the Acquisitions group in the Library Settings Editor.)
This would make it easier for library staff to find the settings and make it easier to document.

I agree that "Vandelay" is not the best name for this group of settings. The names of different "default" settings in the "Vandelay" and "Cataloging" settings groups sound similar. I wonder if it would be useful to retain this settings group but to rename it "MARC Batch Import/Export" or "Record Import/Export" or something of that nature. Just a thought.
