Bug Description
Evergreen 3.9 and 3.11.1
If you associate an item barcode that has both un-deleted and deleted items in the database all the items are added to your course list and display in the course list in both the staff client and public catalogue.
See attached screenshot for an example. "Portrait of the artist Yehudi Menuhin" is a deleted item.
"Crochet adorned : reinvent your wardrobe" is an un-deleted item.
(In most cases the title will likely be the same if the barcode is re-used with a new copy of the item. I used different titles to make it more evident in the screenshot.)
I think this is an issue of medium or high importance as it's visible to patrons.
