Bug Description
The "Delete Pending Patron(s)" button does not put up a modal asking the user to confirm that they want to proceed with the deletion. Empirically, this has proven to be a UX problem, as there is no way absent trawling logs for the staff user to recover from mistakenly hitting the deletion button.

And for anybody in the area, a couple other minor things to look at:
- enabling the delete button only when at least one row is selected
- maybe relabeling it "Delete Selected Pending Patron(s)"
