Bug Description

Evolution-couchdb still does not support all fields for contacts supported by Evolution:

* middle name
* nickname
* categories
* instant messaging accounts
* home page
* web log
* calendar url
* freebusy url
* videochat url
* profession
* company
* manager
* title
* department
* assistant
* office
* spouse
* anniversary
* notes

We need some changes in the contact record format to implement most of these

The categories field is greyed-out, I can't edit it in the couch-db address book.

Using Up-to-date Karmic 64 bit.
Installed Version of evolution-couchdb:
0.3.2-0ubuntu2

This seems to me to be a later version than the version it was fixed in (0.3.1-0ubuntu1), therefor I'll reopen this bug. I really hope that this is correct, if it's not, I'm sorry, please tell me, where my error was.

Like I said in my last comment, the categories field is greyed out. That was (among others) was the issue of this bug, I thought.
