Video scope: cannot log in Youtube or Vimeo on BQ 4.5

Hi Bhaskara:

This issues does not seem to have anything to do with the facebook scope.

I am re-assinging to the unity-scope-mediascanner project since that provides the "Video" scope (which is not easy to figure out).

My guess is that the Video scope shows popular videos from YouTube and Vimeo but does not yet provide a logged in view, so this would be a (reasonable) feature request.
