[facebook] image url is for thumbnail, we need high resolution

Bug Description

The facebook plugin is storing the value of "picture" for photos, which is actually a thumbnail. We need a way to get a url to a larger version of the image for nicer viewing.

are you talking about the URL stored in link_picture? I'm just checking and it is definitely thumbnail sized.

I thought link_picture was *supposed* to be the thumbnail, and then you click through from that to go to link_url, which contains the full page containing the larger image / story.

Sorry, I haven't looked at this one since July :-/

If you want to pick up where I left off, take a look at the branch linked above. The reason I never merged this was that I wanted to make the same change across all protocols, but didn't have time to follow up with it. I think the branch just has Facebook for now (although who knows how bitrotten it is at this point).

Well twitter already pulls highres images. The problem is that twitter doesn't have conversations yet so it is a little diffcult to test post layouts with it.
