Bug Description

If a user deploys an environment with KVM as its virtualization mode, we should verify that it supports KVM and /dev/kvm exists. This is related to the following bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1383800

I think it is in the scope of ostf sanity tests, and can be implemented. I will set low priority, please change if you disagree
