Bug Description
Let's get rid of using Fuel CI for simple Python unit tests. Can we use OpenStack Infra tests any easily for fuel-stats? We already use tox, though there 3 folders, each with its own tox.ini.
Please research, and if it's easy - prioritize over other tasks and switch to OpenStack infra tests please.
