Bug Description
On mos 6.1 when we whant make deploy on nodes with no HDD and FC as storage i have problem. When we have 2 active fibers each node see all HDD and deploy is not posible. With 1 active fiber its working fine.

Is this a bug in fuel-nailgun-agent or image-based provisioning? I mean to say is the issue related to detecting disks or provisioning the OS on them?
