Bug Description

I can see in the Red Hat spec file for fuel-library, that get_service_credentials.py is installed as-is in /usr/bin. First, the extension .py should be removed (to be Debian policy compliant), and 2nd, this name is a way too generic. I suggest to rename it as:

/usr/bin/fuel_get_service_credentials

    Rename get_service_credentials.py

    Fuel utility get_service_credentials.py was installed as-is in /usr/bin.
    Remove extension .py (to be Debian policy compliant).
    The name was too generic, rename it as '/usr/bin/fuel_get_service_credentials'
