Deprecation warning about the way Murano is deployed is misleading in Fuel 9.0

For 9.0, I'm not convinced there even needs to be a deprecation warning. Murano will be available as part of the ISO, and updates will be made available via plugins. This means the user will still be able to install Murano during the regular deployment, so no deprecation warning is explicitly needed. For 10.0, we should remove this selection from the wizard completely unless the plugin is installed.

I spoke to Serg and he would like to add verbiage in the UI about the ability to add functionality via a plugin.

So, please remove "DEPRECATED" since that is confusing, leave the original text about what Murano is, and add at the end "Additional features may be enabled by installing the newest version of the Murano plugin."
