VMware tab is not locked when saving is in progress

Bug Description
Reproduced on 10.0 master in Fuel UI.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create environment with enabled vCenter on the Compute wizard pane
2. go to VMware tab of the environment
3. make any changes in the VMware setting, get rid of validation errors and click Save Changes button
Expected result: all controls on the tab should be locked when saving is in progress
Actual result: controls are not locked
The same behaviour should be supported when clicking Load Defaults button.
