Bug Description

Fuel 8.0
Do something to fail "Check that user can deploy Apache service in Murano environment" or
"Check that user can deploy WordPress app in Murano environment" tests.
You will see error message like this:
Murano image was not properly registered or was not uploaded at all. Please refer to the Mirantis OpenStack documentation (http://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-8.0/user-guide.html#platform-tests-description) to find out how to upload and/or register image for Murano.

Link "http://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-8.0/user-guide.html#platform-tests-description" is broken, returns - 404

Steve,

I think we need just to remove it like we did in lots of places across the code. It's hard to keep urls unchanges between releases, so it's safer to remove the link completely
