Bug Description

Upstream puppet-swift change (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/324203/) is going to remove deprecated parameter swift_hash_suffix and switch to new parameters, but it broke fuel-library. Hence we should fix it as well.

    Replace deprecated parameter swift_hash_suffix by swift_hash_path_suffix

    Parameter swift_hash_suffix is deprecated and going to be removed
    from puppet-swift module: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/324203
    Hence we need also update fuel-library as well.
