Bug Description
We have a problem when we have a longliving environment. When we will have more 100 sample for image we get a fail.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy environment with 3 controller with mongo and 1 compute with cinder.
2. After deploy environment we will run OSTF.
Expected result: OSTF passed
Actual result: AssertionError: Time limit exceeded while waiting for waiting for addition of new sample to samples list to finish.
OSTF test "Ceilometer test to create, check and list samples" failed.
