Upstream patch - https://review.openstack.org/#/c/410467/ breaks glance noop tests, they need to be updated accordingly

    merged, and than add the proper check

workaround was merged, noop tests are fixed, waiting for upstream patch to be merged - https://review.openstack.org/#/c/410467/ to properly fix this
